Shipping time

1. After the order has been successfully paid and confirmed, the warehouse may take 1 to 3 days to process your order. After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email that will outline the shipping tracking number for your order.
2. In most cases, your order will be delivered in 5 to 8 business days. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the latest delivery date.

Shipping cost and taxes

We offer free shipping on all US orders and no additional taxes, VAT, customs duties or any other hidden charges.

Issues regarding delivery

If you’re looking to return or refund your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You may be eligible to return it and get a refund by following the simple procedure set out in this Return and Refund Policy.

How long do I have before making a return?

We have a 30-day return policy. If an item is eligible for return and refund, you may return it within a return window of 30 days after the day of purchase. You are required to send back your return package within 7 days after you submit your return in the return window. You may not return an item after the 30-day window expires.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping is free on your first return for any order, which means you can get your money back as long as you're within the 30-day refund window.

How do I make a Return?

You can make a return by following the steps below:

1. Email us at service@doswarm.com via the email address you used to place your order.
2. If your return si accepted, we'll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. 
3. Mail out the package at your nearest USPS or UPS office.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

• For refunds of returned items, we will process the refund within 72 hours of receiving your return package.
• For refunds of missing items or items not delivered, you will need to ask our customer service personnel for help for assistance by mail. The tracking information from the carrier decides whether an item is delivered or not.
• Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.

Important notice

The sender address on the package is not a return address. If you send your return package to this address, there may be a delay in processing your return. You should only send return packages to the return address we provide.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. 
  
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
