To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to return
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of the quality of manufacturing (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You will need to cover the return shipping as well as any taxes or further logistics costs if the item are due to personal preferences . Any tax and logistics costs charged on arrival will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund before shipping
If your order has not been shipped，you can contact us via email. If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Refund after shipping
We will notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
