2. Return Process

  • Reason for the return (e.g., incorrect item, defective product, change of mind).
  • Photos of the product (if applicable, for damaged or defective items).

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the return address. Items sent back without an RA number may not be processed.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
  • Use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Inspection and Approval
