- Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- The cutoff time ensures timely processing and efficient shipping.
2. Handing Time
- Standard Products: Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or sales events, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days due to high order volume.
3. Transit Time
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 8 - 14 business days depending on the destination.
- Courier Services: We partner with trusted carriers, such as USPS, UPS, UniUni, etc., to ensure reliable delivery.
4. Shipping Details
We provide free shipping on every order with no additional taxes. At this time, our shipping services are limited to the United States, and we are unable to deliver to other regions.

- Handling Time: The handling time refers to the period it takes for your order to be processed and leave our warehouse.
- Transit Time: The transit time indicates how long it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your doorstep. Please note that actual delivery dates may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible. For more details, please refer to our return policy and cancellation policy.
6. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at service@doswarm.com. Address change requests must be made before the order is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery address.
- Processing Change Requests: We will make every effort to update your address, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed.
- Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete address at the time of order placement. Additional shipping fees may apply for redirected or reshipped orders due to incorrect addresses.
7. Insufficient Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please note the following:
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid and complete delivery address during checkout. Orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient or incorrect address details will incur additional fees for reshipment.
- Return to Overseas Warehouse Timeframe: Packages returned to our overseas warehouse may take 7-60 days to arrive, depending on the shipping carrier.
- Reshipment Fee: For orders being redelivered to the United States, an $8 fee will be charged. This fee covers the cost of reshipment and must be paid by the customer before the package is resent.
We recommend double-checking your address details during checkout to avoid delays and additional fees.
8. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging for a prompt resolution.
10. Customs and Import Taxes
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
11. Sales Tax
We do not charge sales tax on any orders, regardless of the shipping destination. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, excluding any potential import duties or tariffs for international shipments.
