6. Insufficient Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please note the following:
- Return to Overseas Warehouse Timeframe: 7 - 60 days.
- Once the package is returned to our overseas warehouse, we can arrange for reshipment upon customer request.
- Reshipment Fee for the United States: A fee of $8 will be charged for redelivery.
We recommend double-checking your address details during checkout to avoid delays and additional fees.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging for a prompt resolution.
